Hockey Programs 2020
Ages: 3-6 years
Tot Hockey is a non- competitive fun alternative to organized hockey. The classes are designed to strengthen basic skating and hockey skills. The classes prepare players for our Pond Hockey league. Instructors guarantee adequate attention to all players because of small teacher to student ratios. Parent participation is encouraged.
The focus of the course will be on proper skating as well as an introduction to stick handling. Players with no ice skating experience are encouraged to start in the Learn to Skate program prior to this class, participants need to be able to have basic skating skills to enroll in Tot Hockey.
Full equipment is required (helmet with cage and mouth guard, shoulder and elbow pads, gloves, protective cup, hockey pants, shin guards, skates, stick and hockey socks and jersey).
Fee: $150.00 tax included
($5.00 discount if enrolled in immediate previous program)
Dates: April 1, 2020 - May 20, 2020 (FULL)
Time: 5:15pm - 6:00pm
TOT HOCKEY FOR APRIL/MAY IS FULL, PLEASE CONSIDER REGISTERING FOR OUR SPRING BREAK CAMP. TOT HOCKEY WILL BE OFFERED DURING THE CAMP. YOU CAN FIND REGISTRATION HERE
Spring Pond Hockey
Pond hockey is specifically designed for players 8-12 years old and provides fast results in the most fun, enjoyable environment available. Pond hockey is played one day per week on a full sheet of Ice. Teams consist of roughly 10 players and participate in a 5–on–5 game lasting 3/4 hour.
Full equipment is required (helmet with cage and mouth guard, shoulder and elbow pads, gloves, protective cup, hockey pants, shin guards, skates, stick and hockey socks).
Jersey's will be provided for all Pond Hockey Participants and are theirs to keep at the end of the program. Each Jersey will have the players preferred name of the back.
Dates: Mar. 31,2020 - May 26, 2020
(8 game season)
Games will be played on Tuesdays and alternate between 4:15pm and 5:30pm times
